Collaborative Workshop between the University of Murcia (Spain) & the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (Japan)

On March 7, 2025, the University of Murcia (UMU) and the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT), Japan, hosted a collaborative workshop to explore key areas of cooperation outlined in their Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).
As part of the event, Dr. Ved Kafle delivered an insightful talk at the Faculty of Computer Science on “Integrated Control of Terrestrial and Non-Terrestrial Network Resources in 5G/6G Networks.”
The workshop addressed critical topics, including secure service orchestration and the role of the Internet Engineering Task Force (IETF) in network standardization. The insights gained from these discussions will further enhance the CASTOR project, strengthening its contributions to security assurance in next-generation telecommunications.
